British IPTV respects intellectual property rights and responds promptly to valid copyright concerns. This page explains how to reach us.
Last updated: June 2026
1. Our commitment
British IPTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) where relevant.
2. Important note on content
British IPTV operates as a technology and access service. We do not host, store, record, or own the television streams, channels, or media accessible through third-party sources. Any content is provided by the respective rights holders and third-party providers.
Because we do not host the underlying media, certain takedown requests may need to be directed to the actual host or content provider. Nevertheless, we will always act in good faith on any valid notice we receive.
3. Filing a copyright notice
If you believe that material accessible through our service infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice to akamhi10@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice". Your notice should include the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
- Your contact details, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
4. Our response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the material in question and, where applicable, forwarding the request to the relevant third-party provider. We aim to acknowledge valid notices within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Counter-notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email address. Your counter-notice should identify the material, state under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, and include your contact details and consent to jurisdiction.
6. Repeat infringers
In appropriate circumstances, British IPTV will limit or terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to take any action we consider appropriate to comply with the law.
7. Contact
