Smooth streaming

Tips for the best picture.

A few small things make a big difference. First, a stable connection of 15–25 Mbps gives you reliable 4K. Then, where possible, connect your TV box by ethernet rather than Wi-Fi for the steadiest stream.

If a channel ever stutters, simply back out and reopen it — this refreshes the source. Moreover, our anti-buffer servers handle peak times well, so issues are rare. If anything persists, message us and we'll sort it quickly.
